The International Designer Canine Association recognized and began recording registration for the Whoodle in 2009.

Hybrid Origin:  The Whoodle is a hybrid between the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and the Poodle.

Erroneous Alias:  Wheatiepoo

Country of Origin:  Whoodles originate in the United States of America.

Original Purpose:  The Whoodle is a great family companion.

Breed Characteristics:  Whoodles generally have many of the traits of the Poodle.

Whoodles are graceful, loyal, affectionate, playful, curious and very intelligent.

Whoodles tend to be very friendly towards children and other animals.

Life Expectancy:  Average life expectance for the Whoodle is 10 - 13 years.
