Country of Origin:  Catahoula Bulldogs originate in the United States of America.

Original Purpose:  The Catahoula Bulldog is a exceptional family companion as well as a noble big game hunting dog.

Breed Characteristics:  The Catahoula Bulldog is a very old American designer breed.

Catahoula Bulldogs are commonly used for working and hunting.

Some Catahoula Bulldogs make exceptional Wild Boar Hunting Dogs.

Catahoula Bulldogs make great family companions when proper socialization.
