Registration: All Brats are registrable with the International Designer Canine Registry and are eligible for full registration and pedigree services.

The International Designer Canine Association recognized and began recording registration for the Brat in 2009.

Hybrid Origin:  The Brat is a hybrid between the American Rat Terrier and the Boston Terrier.

Country of Origin:  Brats originate in the United States of America.

Original Purpose:  The Brat is a great family companion.

Breed Characteristics:  Brats generally are very active, high spirited, and can be mischievous.

Brats tend to love the outdoors and require exercise daily.

Brats tend to be independent, outgoing, friendly, playful, curious, and alert.

The Brat tends to be extremely loyal dogs with great confidence.
