The International Designer Canine Association recognized and began recording registration for the Alusky in 2009.

Hybrid Origin:  The Alusky is a hybrid between the Alaskan Malamute and the Siberian Husky.


Country of Origin: 
Aluskys originate in the United States of America.


Original Purpose: 
The Alusky is a designer breed created as a working sled dog as well as a family companion.


Breed Characteristics:  
The Alusky is a designer breed with great stamina and intelligence.

Aluskys commonly are highly trainable and eager to please.

Some Aluskys are used as a working sled dog.

With Proper socialization Aluskys make a great pet for the entire family.


Life Expectancy:
